I'm on a Private trip managed by Tribe Trips, what is the policy for late payments?
It is a commitment to bring these experiences to our guests as we plan months in advance for your arrival. When you make payments towards your trip we in turn make payments to our vendors for your accommodations, activities and more hence why we need advance notice if you are going to be delayed on payments or cancel your trip. However, we understand some months can be harder than others. We allow 2 late payments with the following conditions:
Late payments made 5 or more days after the due date will be subject to a $30 late fee.
If a guest payment is late more than twice, they will be released without refund to preserve the quality of the trip.
To avoid missed/late payments, please emails us (hello@mytribetrips.com) and we will be happy to discuss a payment schedule that fits your schedule.
